FARMGUARD is a phenol and acetic acid-based disinfectant used to disinfect farms, stables and material. It is effective against a great variety of bacteria and viruses related to toxoplasmosis diseases, streptococcal infection, Newcastle disease virus, as well as ectoparasiticide.

It is effective against a wide variety of bacteria, fungi, algae and viruses.
Susceptible etiological agents:
Bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Hemolytic Streptococcus.
Fungi: Actinomyces gelanesis, Epidermophyton inguinale, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Monilia albicans
Algae: Calothrix partenfina, Ankistrodesmus falcatus Nostoc sp., Chlorella pyroneidosa
Virus: Paramixuvirus (Newcastle disease),
Aphtovirus of the family Picornaviridae (foot-and-mouth disease), toxoplasma.
